Description

A book in The Hot Rod Magazine 'Technical Library' Series, Softbound, 99 Pages, A-CESTT, ISBN: 9781855201903

This book is one in our Hot Rod 'Technical Library' series. Their purpose is to bring together a comprehensive selection of the best and most informative stories on one automotive subject - in this instance - the fitting of V8 Chrysler engines into a variety of automobiles and pickups with a view to improving their performance or reliability or both.

The stories included have been drawn from Hot Rod and Car Craft magazines and from other Petersen publications issued over the past 25 years. We are, as always, indebted to the Petersen Publishing Company for their generousity in allowing us to reissue their copyright articles in this way. Our thanks also go to Lee Kelley and John Dianna for their personal help and support over the years.

This book in the main is devoted to describing actual engine swaps and over 20 transplants have been documented and photographed for the benefit of enthusiasts. Our earlier title in this series Engine Swapping Tips and Techniques covers more of the theory and practice of swapping and we recommend it to readers who would like to have a fuller and broader knowledge of the subject. Details of this book will be found on page 92.
